Warm Water
To live a healthy and sound life, take these three (3) things as your best paddies: Fruits, Exercise, and Water.

It is nice to have a cup of cold water after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oil in the food that you have consumed. This tends to slow down the digestion process. Once this sludge reacts with the acid in the stomach, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid foods. It will line the intestine soon after, turn into fats and lead to cancer. Thus, it is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal. 
A serious note about heart attacks:

Yes, warm water is the backbone of healthy living.
