DAILY FOODS TO FEAST ON PART FOUR

DAILY FOODS TO FEAST ON

There are no coded rules entrenched in the constitution mandating you as an individual to take in breakfast or set rules on when you should eat during the day. But normally its best for people to take in breakfast within the first two to three hours after waking to stabilize blood sugar levels.

Thus why foods to feast on is very important in the life of every human being depending on the environment and state you find yourself.

Example if you are in the Senior high school and you are in the boarding house there are certain breakfast you may not be able to have access to. So what do you have to do? I believe there is a canteen aside the dinner hall that we go there to eat.

Find some fruits and buy them from the canteen and keep it till the next morning. After you wake up and you done brushing take in a glass of water and wait for 15 to 25 minutes and eat the fruit (the fruit should be wash thoroughly). Before you do that, know who you are and how your body system react to this daily food you feast on. But if you are in your own apartment you have access to any breakfast you want to take in. you can equally take in fruits, smoothies and vegetables as well.

After breakfast what next? The best thing to do after breakfast is to listen to your body’s hunger cues. I want to challenge you with this, every Friday if you are not fasting drink a glass of a water and wait for 1 hour and eat any of these fruits or vegetable either of these
  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Pawpaw
  • Carrot…etc

After taking in any of the fruit or vegetable stated above wait and see how your body will react to the fruits you have eating. Others may feel hungry within some few hours’ whiles others may not. When you feeling hungry within few hours after eating the fruits find balance diet and eat. Don’t forget to include
  • Avocado
  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms
  • Cucumber
  • Shrimps

And many others that are good for your health. On our next trip on foods to feast on, will bring on board a flow chart on foods to feast on daily (thus breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the whole week (Monday to Sunday)
May your day be bless and have a magnificent weekend. Remember when life shuts a door, open it again. Its a door and thus how it works
