DAILY FOODS TO FEAST ON PART 3

Breakfast is very important to human beings, because it is believed that before you sleep all the food you have taking in have been digested and so you have fasted through out the night, making breakfast the best and paramount in the life of every lively individual.

People have been taking in light foods like tea, porridge, tom brown, coffee.. other have been taking in heavy foods like Kenkey,  other too have been taking in fruits to start their day. The most important question you should ask yourself is? how will my body react to this breakfast am taking in? 
Today how to eat your breakfast well is what i want to elaborate on.

TAKE NOTE
No how your body behaves and react to certain foods like no body else do before you take in your breakfast. some people take in water 10-20 minutes before foods others take it in between meals...
but will advice you try taking in water 10-20 minutes before meals and study how your immune system will behave and react.

Take in foods that contains chromium example potatoes, fish, some cereals...chromium found in these foods acts a supplement which when taking in help control blood sugar levels 


Eat a lot of fiber foods.(fruits and vegetables)
 
Set a time and a weekly plan depending on the type of work you do. The plan should cover yourself and family as well .This will help you prevent about 99% of illness.
Know your blood group and eat accordingly. there are some people whose blood groups are very cumbersome to get in cases of emergency for example O (negative blood groups) so people with such blood groups take note of the breakfast you take in to start your days work. again some people to are allergic to certain foods




Drink reasonable amount of water
to be continue....... remember life is full of opportunities so.
