SINUSES
Sinuses are an air-filled cavity inside your cheek, forehead and eyes. When sinuses get inflamed as a result of infections or other factors, it swells bringing about the production of mucus which then blocks the pathway that eliminates them from the system. When these pathways get block as a result of more mucus been produced pressure build-up in the sinuses which bring about the pain we experience as headaches.
